Windows.

Last photos from the houses
of Alexandras Avenue.
Today I post 2 interesting windows.
The second one, has holes of bullet.
Don't ask me, I don't know why...
but here in Greece the weapon possesion
it is forbidden.
Maybe a crazy man wanted to practice himself
but he was blind...
Look what I mean now ...

Your windows are beautiful Selena. I am pleased that I was one of the winners in your contest but don't bother sending me anything, it would be too expensive to send to Australia. I was just happy to participate. Have a great day!

Great photos Selana. The holes are left on the wall to remember to the older people a very unpleasant period. The period when there was a war in Athens. All that is left from that period , are these crazy holes , reminding to everyone the madness of a war.

This is so dramatic! I'm not sure what to say about the bullet holes and the target, though. I do like the top picture a lot.

Eric posted a similar bullet-ridden facade from the Ecole Mil. in Paris. The target painted below this window is very interesting. I wonder what this building housed at the time of the civil war? Beautiful photos!
